My Commitment is to...
- communicate with one voice.
- provide support, freedom and resources for members to perform their duties and execute their responsibilities, but hold them accountable for their charges.
- be a source of resources and support to accomplish ALL three missions of CAP for the units and individual members.
- deal candidly and professionally with issues and problems, whether individual or institutional.
- respect the voice of each member without prejudice, regardless of grade, position, tenure or other differences.
- view issues with an open mind to a variety of ideas, both new and old.
- focus on our customers at all echelons and those customers outside of CAP for whom and with whom we work.
I expect…
- all of us to work as a team to improve CAP and achieve our goals by working smart, while being genuinely happy about our involvement in CAP.
- direct and candid dialogue when discussing options, opportunities and problems.
- a united front once the options have been weighed and a decision has been made by the Commander.
